Delivery Conditions

Delivery Time

Products in stock are handed over to shipping within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. For lighting and furniture products that require production, the delivery time is specified separately in the quote and does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

Delivery Area and Fee

Delivery is made throughout Turkey. The shipping/freight fee is specified in the quote according to the size of the product and the delivery address. Large-volume furniture and lighting products are sent via special freight.

Assembly

It is recommended that the electrical connection of lighting products be made by a licensed electrician. Assembly service may be included in the quote for large furniture orders within Istanbul.

Damage and Missing Parts

Do not accept products with damaged packaging during delivery and have a report drawn up with the courier. Please report any missing parts or damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery to info@portraitstudio.com.tr / info@portraitstudio.online address.

Pickup from Showroom

If you wish, you can pick up your order from our showroom at Esentepe Mahallesi 2850 Sokak No: 63/70 Sultangazi / Istanbul. For appointments call 0 212 609 24 75.
